  • How do I qualify for the Summer's Eve® reward?

    In order to qualify, you must purchase two (2) or more Summer’s Eve® products in the same transaction between 1/28/18 and 2/13/18. To receive the reward, apply by completing the Online Application Form, upload your original in store or online receipt showing the qualifying purchase (don’t forget to circle the qualifying items, date and time), confirm that you have read and accepted all of the promotional terms and conditions and submit by 11:59PM PT on 2/27/18. All applications must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the promotional end date. Within five (5) business days of receiving your qualified application, you will receive an email with a link, a Unique Reward Code and instructions on how to redeem your reward. Once you have chosen a venue in your preferred area, you will receive an email and attached voucher (email will come from summersevevalentine@rewardrequest.com). Please note, the voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. *Please note, there will be no resubmissions allowed.

  • When do I have to purchase in order to qualify?

    You must purchase two (2) Summer’s Eve® products, in one (1) single transaction, between 1/28/18 and 2/13/18.

  • How many rewards am I entitled to?

    There is a limit of one (1) reward per customer, per customer email address and per customer household.

  • How old do I have to be in order to redeem the reward?

    You have to be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older to redeem the reward.

  • I changed my mind and want to exchange my Reward for another. What do I do?

    Sorry, your venue selection and reward selection are both final.

  • When can I expect to receive my Unique Reward Code?

    Within five (5) business days of submitting your Application Form, you will receive an email from summersevevalentine@rewardrequest.com including a link to the redeem page and a Unique Reward Code to submit and unlock the offers in your area.

  • How long will my Unique Reward Code be valid for?

    The Unique Reward Code from your qualifying email must be redeemed on the Redeem page no later than 11:59PM PT on 3/21/18.

  • I lost my receipt that included my purchase of qualifying Summer’s Eve® products. What do I do?

    Sorry, lost or damaged receipts that include qualifying Summer’s Eve® products are mandatory in order to redeem the reward.

  • Can I give my voucher to a friend?

    No, the vouchers are not transferable and cannot be sold for cash.

  • How long do I have to use my voucher?

    All vouchers are valid for three (3) months from date they are issued. The voucher expiration date is displayed on the voucher.

  • Do I need to bring anything when I redeem my Reward?

    Yes, please remember to bring a valid photo ID along with the printed voucher that was emailed to you after you confirmed your offer. Please also remember to call ahead to confirm if there is anything additional that you may need to bring.

  • There is no venue available in my area. What do I do?

    If there are no venues in your area for either reward, you are entitled to choose from one of our digital rewards.

  • Are there any restrictions to this reward?

    Reward is valid with any purchase of two (2) or more packs of Summer’s Eve® products between 1/28/2018 – 2/13/2018. Purchase must be made in the same transaction. Original in store or online receipt and Application Form must be submitted by 11:59PM PT 2/27/18. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate.     This reward entitles you to a free beauty treatment at a participating salon of your choice. Please note the actual value of the reward is subject to change.   • Are there any restrictions to the beauty reward?

  • What does the 30 day membership from Grokker offer include?

    This reward includes one (1) thirty (30) day membership to Grokker.com.   • Will I need to provide payment details for this reward?

    Yes, to complete the Grokker registration process, you will be required to sign up using a credit card or via PayPal and create an account username and password. The thirty (30) day membership is free of charge, and you will simply need to cancel before the thirty (30) days is up if you don’t wish to continue your membership. If you do not cancel, your account will be charged $14.99 per month, commencing at the end of the free membership period.

  • How do I cancel my membership if I don’t wish to continue after 30 days?

    You can cancel at any time, and if you cancel during your free thirty (30) day membership, you will not be charged. You can cancel by checking your account settings on your smartphone, tablet, or computer or by sending an email to support@grokker.com If you do not cancel, your account will be charged $14.99 at the end of the free membership period.
